Five Safe Ways to Consumption Candy

Hello Guys, long time no post.
Mmmmm… Let me remember what the previous topic.
Aha! I remember it, last month the topic is the history of candy.
This time let me tell you about “Five safe ways" to consumption candy without worried about the risk.

People usually think that consumption candy can make us fat, toothache,diabetes because too much consumption candy, and etc.
And this is the five safe ways to consumption candy :

First, just choose candy which have registration number in Corporation POM RI to go away illegal candy consumption which the safe not certain. Second, control the consumption of candy. Because it can make us forget to eat and fat. OK, I will control it because I don’t wanna be fat. Hahahaha… 
 
Third, read the ingredients of candy to know what materials contains in that candy. Fourth, choose candy with plus mark. That means the materials containing is like milk, fruit, or chocolate which needed for our nutrition.

And the last, brush your teeth after consumption candy. Because of the sugar which adhere in our teeth can make our teeth rarefaction, so we need to brush our teeth in order that the sugar not leaving in our teeth and make our teeth rarefaction.

That is the safe ways in consumption candy.
