Hello, Guys!!
This time I will continue my story last week.
First, I will tell you about NOUGAT, this candy is from French.

Nougat is a candy made of sugar or honey, roasted nuts (almonds, walnuts, pistachios or hazelnuts, but not peanuts) and some dried fruit.
Nougat can be shaped soft or hard depending on the materials used, also used as a nougat candy bar or chocolate content.

There are two kinds of nougat: white and brown.

White nougat made from whipped egg whites until soft, whereas brown nougat (French: Nougatine) made of sugar into caramel and has a hard texture, sometimes crisp.

Second, I will tell you about TURKISH DELIGHT, it's from Turkey.
This candy is in the movie The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe.

Turkish delight or Lokum is a family of confections based on a gel of starch and sugar.
Premium varieties Consist largely of chopped dates, pistachios and hazelnuts or walnuts bound by the gel; the cheapest are mostly gel, generally flavored with rosewater, mastic, Bergamot orange or lemon.
Often the confection is packaged and eaten in small cubes dusted with icing sugar, copra, or powdered cream of Tartar, clinging to Prevent.
Other common types include flavors such as cinnamon and mint.
In the production process, soapwort may be used as an emulsifying additive.
